Late November 2006

November was a busy month for us. Not only did we enjoy a fun-filled day at Legoland, but we also spent a wonderful day at Sea World and attended our beautiful niece Johnna's wedding. As you can imagine we were all in need of some rest in December...

Legoland

In November 2006, we enjoyed a wonderful day at Legoland. Here are some of our favorite pictures from that day.

February Playdates

We had a couple of fun playdates with the Kaytor and Goldstein cousins this month. The babies showed off all of their tricks including eating, pooping, rolling, sleeping, and the oh-so-important crying. Here are a few images for your viewing pleasure...

Disneyland

On February 12, 2006 we went to Disneyland! Most of our day was spent in Fantasyland, but we did make it over to Tomorrowland for a quick spin on Space Mountain. I was shocked to learn that Lori is big enough to ride Matterhorn! She went on with her Daddy and seemed a bit startled by how "jerky" the ride was, but later in the day she asked to go on again.

The last time we went to Disneyland, Lorraine was afraid of the non-human characters. She was OK with the princesses, but was too afriad to approach any of the giant animals. As you can see below, that was not the case this time...

Our First Blog

Our first ever blog... and you our sweet, lovable, furry blue friend are here to read it. Grover would be proud. So... what does one write about in a blog? How about the family basics...

Lori is 4 years old now. She is a fun, beautiful, and curious ball of energy. She is most definately a handful, but I keep telling myself that her determination to have what she wants (aka not sharing well) and her will to have her way (not going to bed when she's told) will be traits that will suit her well one day. Am I deluding myself?

Katie is 3.5 months old. She is smiling all the time. She has just started to laugh and has somehow managed to roll over 4 or 5 times. Here's a picture of our beautiful girl...

Patrick & I are doing well. Just the usual stuff with us... Working, taking the kids to daycare, play dates & ballet classes, being decorated with many hair clips...

Well, I guess that's all for now... How was that for a first blog?
